“Actually had this 2+ times (Darling Square too). Delicious, but way too sweet. Having both caramel gelato AND dulce de leche is too much. It would be much more balanced if the base gelato was plain cheesecake or even fior di latte instead, or the dulce de leche is removed. (Considering the identity and highlights of the flavour are the dulce de leche and the cheesecake though, those 2 should be kept.)”
